About Maxim
I'm a mechanical engineer. I love math, physics, and puzzles in general. I have a very analytical mind, and get along great with kids. I used to babysit and teach martial arts, instructing children and instilling discipline in learning. As a college student I privately tutored other students in Calculus and advanced physics. Algebra and trig come very naturally to me and were paramount to my success in college.

Ever since I was a kid, math and science have come easy to me. I accredit most of it to my dad and teachers, who taught me how to learn and how to see things through the lens of math and science. I think a good education is critical to prepare someone for adulthood, but more importantly knowing how to learn and analyze a problem. This is what I will teach.
