About James
As someone who has worked up to, and received, a Master's Degree but is in the process of re-skilling into a hands-on career, I understand that some students simply want to reach their specified grade requirement in order to progress into their desired career pathway. I want to help that student as I believe no one should be held back from their dream future. I can also help students understand different studying techniques and approaches to ensure they can reach their full potential, these skills can apply to all manner of study and subject and will set the student up for any future academic endeavours.

I approach lessons with a straightforward and practical attitude to learning, sculpting lessons on each student's needs and goals for their Maths development, whether it be climbing a grade boundary or simply ensuring a pass to fulfil any future grade requirements. I've got past experience of tutoring and hold Maths and Physics A-Levels. I'm familiar with current Maths specification and able to teach students from key stage 3 and 4 within hour-long lessons.
