About Samuel
In my free time I like to run, play music and volunteer in church. I am a very outgoing teacher and will be able to improve understanding of many topics. My favourite area of maths is easily calculus, but at GCSE level, probably geometry.

I'm very much a visual learner, I found this at university. It particularly annoys me when a teacher assumes that a student can understand a topic like they do without actually showing them why everything is the way it is. With knowledge of why comes understanding

Perfect! Sam is tutoring our son Josh - currently in year 8. Sam has a great approach to the lesson. He makes Josh feel really comfortable, he's extremely smart and can explain in a way that Josh can quickly understand. Josh is really enjoying the sessions, thank you Sam!
Perfect! Sam has been a great tutor for our year 4 daughter. He has a great way of explaining complex concepts in a way she can understand. She really enjoys the sessions and her maths is improving.
