About David
I am a maths student at Newcastle University predicted at least a 2.1.
I am a friendly, outgoing person with a passion for helping others achieve their goals.
I have been tutoring for over 2 years for a wide range of abilities and I am currently employed by teaching personal where all of my students have either hit or exceeded their targeted/predicted grades.
I also have an enhanced DBS and I am on the DBS update system.

I excel in breaking down complicated concepts into easily digestible chunks. I am extremely patient and can work with students of all abilities. I think it's important that pupils feel more relaxed than they do in the formal classroom setting. I like to adapt my lessons to the individual unlike how classroom teaching can sometimes be generic.
I believe learning is best fostered in comfortable and safe environments, therefore I always make sure I am friendly and approachable. I like to create fun and informal lessons so that my pupils feel able to say if they don't understand something. I always like to make sure everyone has a laugh and enjoys learning maths.
I also have a student residence in jesmond so can easily travel from both locations to meet the student wherever he/she prefers.
