About Jamie
I completed my secondary school education in the UK with A levels in Maths, Further Maths and Economics and I am currently in my second year studying Maths and a bit of Computer Science. I used to tutor my younger brother and found it really enjoyable so I’m hoping to give it a shot online.

I try to teach maths empathetically, try and understand your thought process and address your way of thinking with problems that will improve the logic necessary for understanding any given topic. I also like to merge ideas of topics to demonstrate how different areas of maths can work together. I’m hoping to use a platform where we can use a whiteboard and write at the same time for problems and solutions, I’m also more than happy to go through your own problems and solutions.

Jamie is an excellent math tutor. He taught me a fare share of my A-level math course. The lessons were very organised and structured well. Jamie always made sure that I had fully understood the concept or topic before moving on, which I found to be extremely useful.
Jamie is one of the best maths tutors I have had the pleasure of learning from. I first heard about Jamie from a friend who had been previously tutored by him, I contacted Jamie worried and needing help for my final. He was very patient, taking the time to explain any queries I may have had. After his help, my average in that class jumped from 65% to 80%! I would definitely recommend Jamie to anyone struggling with their maths and looking for a tutor.
Jamie helped me get an A in my calc 1 class. He was very patient and was able to effectively and efficiently communicate to me what I needed to improve on, and how I needed to improve. Jamie was also able to easily breakdown the problems for me and was able to clearly explain the problems to me. I would 100% recommend him to anyone who is struggling with math and would like an amazing tutor!
