About Sharath
Be it any subject, I mix humour with freedom of speech/expression by the student, collaborate, ask for their thoughts, and involve them in the study flow. I guide them wherever and whenever required and let them figure out the solution to the problem in their style. I ensure they choose and commit to what they are signing up for regarding expectations and assignments/tasks, if any. Of course, the style can't be rigid. The tutoring style must be adapted depending on the type/age of students.
