About Sarara
Hi!
I am a PGCE student at King's College London, who is training to be a secondary school maths teacher. When I was in university studying physics, I tutored students from year 7 to year 13 and found it incredibly rewarding when a student would succeed in a tricky topic, or develop the confidence to put their hand up in lessons. This is why I decided to be a teacher.
I would love to have a chat with you (free of charge) to talk about what you and your child are looking for, and how I can help. I can also provide any qualifications and identification including a DBS check.
Also, I have experience with working with SEND pupils, such as students with autism, ADHD and anxiety. As someone with ADHD, I believe that I can use my own school experience to help develop my lessons to better suit your child. This may include using visual representations to start rather than formal mathematical notation so that they can become more confident about the concept.
I believe maths is so crucial for whatever career path you decide to go down as it opens up so many more career paths.
