About Connor
I'm available for anything from regular tuition to intensive exam preparation leading up to GCSE's and A-levels.
My preferred method of teaching is take a topic and prepare some worked examples in order to get a taste for the methodology that goes into approaching certain problems, before getting the student to attack some problems on their own.
My general ethos with regards to educating in the fields of maths and physics is not to just do maths for the sake of maths, let's actually understand WHY we're doing it!
I am also available for proof-reading services/writing help/English tuition for anybody whose English is not their first language and are struggling academically as a results.

I'm a local (I went to school in Halifax!) PhD student studying in then Engineering department at Leeds University.
I have a Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, a Master's degree in Aerodynamics and along the way have had plenty of experience applying maths, physics and computer programming to practical situations.
I've taught small post-graduate classes at the University of Leeds and am hoping to gain more experience teaching.
