About Tom
My name is Tom, as of the 3rd of October, I am a Biochemistry first year at the University of Oxford at Hertford College. I have a passion for science and maths in addition to playing field hockey. I understand that not everyone has the same academic goals, but also that everyone can benefit from some extra guidance in certain areas, especially when it comes to difficult STEM subjects.

I aim to guide students of ranging abilities through challenging questions in a logical and student-led manner, through which potential can be unlocked.
I have completed 9 GCSEs, in addition to 3 A-levels in Biology, Chemistry and Maths, all at A* or equivalent.
I hope to work with determined GCSE students in 30-60 minute sessions.

Tom is a tutor that I highly reccomend, If I never had him, I wouldn't be going to university. He is very calm during lessons and delivers the course content in a very clear and easy way to understand. He is very patient and will help you if you do not understand something and breaks it down for you. I wouldn't of passed my maths GCSE without him.
