About Danial
I am a second year A-Level Maths, Chemistry and Biology student applying for Medicine this year. I have gained a great interest in maths and the sciences throughout these last few years and especially on the last year where I’ve come to grips with all the shortcuts, tips and tricks needed to bag those easy marks and be able to apply your knowledge effectively to the higher mark questions that differentiate between the lower and higher grades.

As an A-Level student, I understand the struggles of coming to grips with challenging concepts in GCSE maths and science concepts. As a result I have learned many tips and tricks to better understand and be able to apply the knowledge into answering exam questions according to what the mark schemes look for ensuring the achievement of the marks on even more challenging questions.
Active learning and recall is always the name of the game when it comes to maths and sciences throughout year 8 all the way to GCSE and beyond. Starting with understanding those difficult and basic concepts rather than just ‘learning the method’ ensures being able to apply your knowledge to higher mark questions that make the difference between the 7 and 8/9 or the B and A/A* followed by practicing lots of exam questions to make what the exam board looks for second nature to you!
