About Oskar
I am a second year mathematics undergraduate at the University of Warwick, and I am interested in spreading my love and knowledge of mathematics to others. I know how difficult and frustrating A level and GCSE mathematics can be, and I am eager to use my skill and experience to help students overcome these difficulties. Having recently been an A level mathematics student myself, I know from first-hand experience which concepts are difficult, and why students might misunderstand them. So if you want to learn mathematics from a fellow student in a non-judgemental environment, then I'm here to help you!

My approach to tutoring is designed to fit the student's needs. Lessons are by default an hour long, and once a week for each student, but if you feel that you would like more or less time than this, then I am open to rearrange things. Before each lesson, the student will tell me which part of A level or GCSE mathematics they would like to focus on (for example the parts they find more difficult, or don't understand, or don't do well on in past papers). I will then create some examples that we will go through in our lesson to demonstrate the concept, and then the student will have a go at the problems themselves with me to guide them. There will also be a worksheet that we will start in our lesson if we get through the examples, and that the student can finish in their own time before our next lesson if they would like some extra practice (recommended!). My lessons are for anyone at all who is learning GCSE or A level mathematics.
