About Yola
I am a Mechanical Engineering graduate with a strong passion for helping learners understand mathematics in a simple and encouraging way. My engineering background strengthened my analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, which I now use to help students break down challenging math concepts with confidence. I enjoy working with K–9 learners and creating a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, learning at their own pace, and building confidence in their abilities.

My lessons are interactive, patient, and caters to each learner’s individual needs and academic goals. I focus on simplifying difficult concepts step by step while making lessons engaging and easy to understand. Whether a learner needs help with homework, exam preparation, algebra, fractions, geometry, or building strong foundational Maths skills, I adapt my teaching style to match their pace and learning style. My goal is not only to improve marks, but also to help students develop confidence and a positive attitude towards Mathematics.
