About Jacob
I am in my final year at Simon Fraser University, majoring in mathematics in hopes of becoming a full time high school teacher. I have previously studied and worked at Kumon for over five years as well.

I focus a lot on trying to understand my students thought processes when approaching a problem, and follow them step by step to see what they are doing correctly/incorrectly. Ideally, I would like to know exactly what type of problems they are having beforehand in order to make proper preparations in my lesson plan.
I intend to help tutor mathematics from grade 8-12.
