I am a mathematics professor with experience at all levels of undergradute mathematics courses and extensive tutoring experience. I have been teaching and tutoring for over 18 years. I have the ability to analyze the student's strength and weakness and provide just-in-time remediation.

My teaching philosophy in teaching mathematics is primarily based on getting the student to connect the mathematics with their interests. I believe that mathematics cannot be taught in a vacuum or as an isolated topic. By connecting the math topics with the students interest you can make the mathematics meaningful. I can provide extensive examples of the uses of mathematics that would help the students understand why mathematics is an important concepts in our current society.
