About Jean
Hi,
I am Jean (rhymes with Sean). I am a Math PhD student at the University of Liverpool. Teaching Math is a passion for me and I have been tutoring all kinds of students for 6 years now, including my two sisters! I also have volunteered as a Math support teacher for GCSE and A Level students at the City of Liverpool College for 1 year, where I was running extra classes for students 3 days a week. I usually do lessons that are 1 to 2 hours in Mathematics.
My method of teaching depends on the students needs and abilities. I tend to cater to and adjust my style based on feedback from the student.
I offer a FREE consultation with new students to assess all of the information needed for the above.
I have a masters degree in Mathematics and I am a PhD student. I did Additional Further Maths in A Levels and I have also done STEP I, II, and III for Cambridge entrance.
I prefer older students (GCSE and above, upto 2nd year university) however I don't mind teaching younger kids.
