About ROBERT
Students preparing for exams, I will support them with exam preparation and practice with relevant learning material, depending on the student’s knowledge and the time remaining until the exam.
The lesson will end with a check to see what the child has taken from the lesson with optional homework. I will provide feedback at the end of each lesson to parents if requested.
I am fully committed to teaching mathematics and ensure that my students achieve the highest possible grades for their exams. I will be with your child every step of the way, providing support and encouragement.

I am a friendly and understanding mathematics teacher with over 30 years teaching experience in school and 5000+ tutoring hours. With my extensive background and expertise, I provide comprehensive and personalized one-to-one maths tutoring sessions that cater for your individual needs.
I have excellent knowledge of all exam boards, covering Edexcel, AQA and OCR Mathematics Exams and possess many past papers for all exam boards. I have consistently gained outstanding results and my pupils always achieve their targeted grades or higher. I am up to date with the National Curriculum.
I will work through the student’s weaknesses and go through the topics they struggle on the most. I am incredibly patient and enthusiastic and will constantly assess my students’ learning progress to help them improve further until they achieve their target grades.
All students deserve an opportunity to reach their maximum potential. So, every lesson I teach is carefully planned to suit each pupil's learning and individual needs. In addition to focusing on a student’s academic progress, I always look for opportunities to boost their confidence and self-esteem.
I like to create a strong bond with my students so that they feel at ease, happy and confident to succeed. It is important for a student to enjoy the subject that they are studying and so to truly excel in it and therefore I make my lessons as interactive and engaging as possible. I focus on helping students think creatively and independently and increase their problem solving and analytical abilities.
