Mathematics is something which I genuinely enjoy and which has applications far beyond the classroom.

If maths is something that makes you nervous or that you are anxiously waiting to drop as a subject, I am available to help you develop an understanding that builds your confidence and may persuade you that it is not as troublesome as you may think it is.

I am a mathematics graduate from Keele University in the North West of England.
I studied and tutored mathematics through school, university, and advanced programme curriculums between South Africa and England.
I have tutored the South African National Senior Certificate (NSC) and Independent Examination Board (IEB) syllabuses to peers and students.
I have tutored elements of the GCSE and A level syllabuses to pupils and prospective teachers.
Having graduated in 2024, I am in the process of qualifying as a Chartered Accountant.
Lessons are typically an hour long as I emphasise developing an understanding rather than question practice.
I believe that understanding why we choose a step in an attempt to answering a problem is fundamentally more important than learning how to answer questions of a similar nature.
