About Vassily
My education includes a BSc in Mathematics and MSc in Data Science, specializing in probability theory, linear algebra and machine learning.
I have worked as a lead data analyst and statistician, teaching new joiners and graduates advanced statistical techniques and mathematical modeling since 2017. Outside of work, I have a younger brother who I have supported throughout his schooling years in becoming the mathematician he is today!
I have always been passionate about mathematics and statistics, particularly when applied to real data so am excited to share what I know (and even learn something new!) with prospective students.

I have a strong academic background and a passion for teaching, I am dedicated not only to helping students excel in mathematics and statistics, but to also be excited about the subjects!
As a visual learner, I will leverage my strengths to teach mathematics and statistics through a highly visual approach. By bringing in diagrams, graphs, and visual aids into my lessons, I will make abstract concepts more tangible and easier to understand. With these tools, I am confident that I can make students appreciate a new side of mathematics, one not entirely focused on equations and calculations!
