About Sue
I moved to Missouri in 2008 and now live in St. Louis (Creve Coeur). Since being here, I have taught mathematics at Meramec Community College and Lindenwood University, and have taught languages and American English pronunciation improvement (and interpreted for Spanish speakers in local health clinics) for the International Language Institute. Before coming to St. Louis, I taught computer programming, business mathematics, and undergraduate mathematics at Columbia University in New York City and at National University in San Diego.

The content of my lessons depends on the needs and desires of the student. I have helped students going from complete failure to an A grade in their Mathematics classes. I have been teaching languages and American English pronunciation improvement for twenty years and mathematics for forty years. I have found one-on-one tutoring to be the best way to fill in the "holes" in a student's past studies that often prevent them from moving forward.
