About Binita
I am an Algebra teacher at a middle school and have tutored students at varying levels of pre-college mathematics. Prior to investing in math tutoring, I taught Spanish as well as English as a Second Language (ESL) to native Spanish-speakers both in the US and in Latin America. I love helping others learn truly useful skills, regardless of their interest in a subject, so they can propel themselves forward.

I try to incorporate different methods in my teaching by always starting with a warm up activity and ensuring the entire lesson is not too much direct focus on practice problems the entire time. Throughout the lesson we can focus on homework or practice problems at the most appropriate pace and ensure that we do a reinforcement of the lesson itself and new material to form a strong basis.
