About Ashlyn
I graduated from Bob Jones University in 2019 with a B.S. Middle Grades Math & Science Ed. I have worked at Fisher Middle School as 6th grade science teacher. I have worked at Mauldin Middle as 7th grade math, pre-algebra, and algebra 1 teacher. All together I have taught around 200 students. I also counseled at Woodlands Camp for four summers. I have counseled over 200 students. I am currently a Groups Director for a middle school student ministry called Transit at Browns Bridge Church. This student ministry consists of around 400 students. I am passionate about the development both academically, relationally, and emotionally of students!

I formerly taught middle school subjects including science and math. I am passionate about helping each student reach their full potential. I will kindly walk alongside you every step of the way. My goal is to meet you where you are at and help you take that next step. I use many different teaching approaches because I recognize that people learn differently. I will do my best to help the auditory, visual, and kinesthetic learner.
