About John
I'm a Math undergrad student at UW Milwaukee. I've been tutoring 4-5 times weekly for three years, with a strong understanding of how to teach all math ranging from simple addition techniques to calculus. I'm looking to tutor online from home as a way to keep myself busy on weekends and I'd love to help your kid reach a higher level of confidence in their math skills, or just help them with their homework.

I like to get to know the student's interests before teaching, so that I can tailor the lesson and introduce different ways that the math we're learning can be useful in that field. My preferred method of teaching uses questions to lead students in the right direction. This helps to bolster confidence in their math skills and help show the proper avenues to take when trying to figure out a problem.
