I am hands-on when it comes to teaching Math. This is a complicated subject for some kids, but for years, my students have told me that I make it easy for them to understand numbers.
A lesson should last for 1 to 2 hours, depending on the demand of the school requirement, and varies according to the student's capability. After each lesson, exercises come next. It is to test how far they've understood my lessons.
After more than 10 years of teaching different branches of Math, the traditional "give-and-take" strategy has proven to be effective.
