About Lille
I went to college in Missouri and I graduated in 2021 then moved to California where I started working at a high school. I have been working with students in some capacity ever since and I really enjoy it. I currently tutor elementary school students for the first time and it is a great change for me and has really helped me grow as a tutor.

Since I work with a range of ages (Elementary- High school) I use different approaches when working with different students. When I am working with elementary school kids my typical lesson plan would be to start with an ice breaker or some quick fun activity then start a lesson with them. I usually try to make sure each activity done with this age group is less than 20 minutes to keep them engaged. When I work with older students I still start with something fun but I usually let them choose what that will be. I also give them longer activities and have them at least try the work on their own before helping them.
