About Kelsey
I have had a passion for helping others since I was in middle school. In college, I earned my degree in Social Work and Psychology. Post college, I joined AmeriCorps where I worked at a middle school and a Boys and Girls Club. This experience made me realize that working within the school systems was truly a special job that brought me joy. I earned my Masters Degree in Education and Special Education along with my TEFL Certificate. I also hold my 200 Hour RYT Yoga Teacher certificate along with a Health and Life Coach Certificate. My hope is that I can be a positive influence to your learning goals!

To ensure we have success, we will start by getting to know each other and building rapport. I will ask you what your goals are and how you think you learn best. I will formulate lesson plans that involve interaction and are based on real world scenarios such as traveling to a new city, going to the grocery store, or having an important conversations. My lessons will be catered to you and how you want to grow. I have worked with many adult ESL learners but the majority of my classroom experience has been with 14-18 year olds.
