About Shraddha Chakrabarty
I have completed my Masters in Dance from Rabindra Bharati University, Kolkata with First Class result.I have received Sangeet Visharad Certificate (Fifth Year) from Pracheen Kala Kendra with Distinction in both Theory as well as Practical. I am a resident of Kolkata, West Bengal. Presently, I am a humble disciple of Guru Smt. Paromita Moitra and have been concentrating on Lucknow Gharana Kathak for the last 10 years. I have undergone Kathak workshops under Pandit Birju Maharaj Ji, Mamata Maharaj Ji and Pandit Rajendra Gangani Ji. I have participated in workshops on martial dances such as Dhali and Kalaripayettu. I had the opportunity to perform in a couple of programmes in Uttar Pradesh and Nepal. I have participated in many Group performances and performed as a Solo Artist in various programmes and festivals. I have been teaching Kathak to students of all age groups since the last 13 years. I teach both Beginner as well as Advanced level Kathak. Rabindra Nritya and Folk are also taught.

Online classses taken via Google Duo or Zoom. Teacher student ratio = 1 : 1.Session duration : 1 hour. Classes Once in a week. Online Examination and Certification will be provided. Offline classes are also available at my Institute in Batanagar, Kolkata, West Bengal. You can book from available slots which is discussable via Phone / Whatsapp.
In each class of 1 hr duration, after necessary theory and Body conditioning and an intense Riwaz session, we will move on to our class.
