About Ricardo
I’m Rick Parker, an Executive Coach, Public Speaker, Author, and Communication Strategist with over 20 years of experience in public speaking, leadership, and high-impact communication.
I hold an MBA from EADA Business School in Barcelona, specializing in Executive Leadership Competencies and High-Impact Communication, and I’m a Certified Executive Coach from INCAE Business School.
Throughout my career, I’ve spoken on television, radio, at universities, conferences, and international forums. I also served as a Congressman in El Salvador, where persuasive communication, public debate, and leadership were essential to my professional responsibilities.
As the creator of GOAT Coaching, I combine executive coaching, critical thinking, and practical communication strategies to help individuals develop their authentic voice and maximize their influence.
My teaching philosophy is grounded in one principle: True charisma comes from authenticity, not imitation.
I don’t offer generic formulas or motivational speeches. I provide personalized coaching based on real-world experience, structured methodologies, and measurable progress.
My goal is not simply to make you a better speaker. It’s to help you become someone worth listening to.

Great speakers aren’t born. They’re developed.
My lessons go beyond traditional public speaking techniques. I help professionals, entrepreneurs, executives, and aspiring leaders develop the confidence, charisma, and communication skills to influence, persuade, inspire, and command a room.
Using my GOAT Coaching methodology (Goals, Outlook, Alternatives, and Tasks), we identify your strengths, overcome communication barriers, and build a personalized strategy for measurable improvement.
What will you learn?
* Public speaking and stage presence.
* High-impact communication and persuasive storytelling.
* Executive presence, charisma, and leadership.
* Voice modulation, body language, and audience engagement.
* Overcoming stage fright and building authentic confidence.
* Delivering compelling presentations, pitches, and speeches.
My approach combines practical exercises, constructive feedback, real-world scenarios, and executive coaching techniques. Every lesson is tailored to your personality, experience, and professional goals.
My philosophy is simple: I don’t teach you to imitate great speakers. I help you discover and master your own authentic voice.
Whether you’re preparing for an important presentation, leading a team, pitching investors, or simply looking to communicate with greater confidence, we’ll turn your potential into measurable performance.
Don’t just speak. Make an impact.
