About Tejas
I am a 16-year-old student currently studying at Colchester Royal Grammar School.
I achieved 52/60 in the 11+ maths paper and now take both Maths and Further Maths at GCSE. Having successfully gone through the 11+ process myself, I understand the challenges and can offer supportive, relatable guidance to help younger students prepare.
My aim is to make learning clear, enjoyable, and effective while sharing the strategies that worked for me.

My 11+/Primary School maths lessons are designed to prepare students thoroughly for the CSSE examination and other selective school entry tests.
I provide structured, engaging lessons that build confidence, strengthen core knowledge, and develop exam strategies tailored to the demands of the 11+.
The 11+ Maths syllabus closely follows the National Curriculum, so my lessons ensure your child is comfortable with all the essential Key Stage 2 concepts, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, decimals, percentages, time, area, perimeter, angles, charts, averages, prime numbers, sequences, probability, and shape properties.
Where appropriate, I also introduce topics that may appear beyond the KS2 curriculum, such as algebra and logical reasoning questions.
Each session blends clear explanations, practice of past CSSE-style questions, and strategies for tackling multi-step word problems.
By covering number, algebra, measurement, geometry, statistics, ratio, proportion, and logical reasoning, I help students gain both a deep understanding and the confidence needed to perform at their best on exam day.
