About Kirsty
I’m a cybersecurity analyst by day, specialising in tabletop exercises that help organisations prepare for real-life cyber incidents. Outside of my day job, I’m a self-defence instructor for women.
What ties both roles together is my passion for empowering people to defend themselves—whether it’s against digital threats or physical danger. I believe in giving people the skills and confidence they need to take control of their own security, and I’m dedicated to making both the cyber and physical worlds safer, one lesson at a time.

In my cybersecurity tutoring sessions, the focus is on helping you truly master the material, not just memorise it.
