About Alice
I started studying at a later age and during my studies I combined those courses in History and Art Sciences-Archaeology. I obtained my master's degree in History in 2020 with great distinction. I have not yet completed my master's degree in Art Sciences. (Only the thesis has yet to be started, but this has already been postponed several times due to circumstances.) I am particularly interested in 15th-century Early Netherlandish art, with an emphasis on painting, and late medieval manuscripts. After my studies I did an internship at MMFC (Medieval Manuscripts in Flemish Collections) and a few weeks ago I started as an independent publisher with a small publishing house focused on republishing old religious works, whether or not in translation from Middle French to English and Dutch.

All classes can be given in different formats, online via Zoom or Google Meet, or at the student's location. I fully adapt to the level of the student and am therefore open to lessons ranging from primary school level to university level. Depending on the level of the student, the teaching method is adapted, so that students can work at a higher level via a "seminar model": reading material in the form of articles is made available before the lesson and these are then discussed during the lesson. discussed.
