My lessons turn math into an active and engaging experience. Concepts are brought to life through practical applications and real-world examples. I’m a Math tutor with over 7 years of experience and an MSc in Computational Mathematics. My passion is helping non-STEM students see that advanced math doesn’t have to be intimidating. I focus on understanding concepts deeply and appreciating their relevance, rather than just memorizing formulas or performing heavy computation.
In my lessons, I use everyday analogies and real-world examples to make abstract ideas clear and relatable. I often draw on the history of mathematics to show how ideas developed and why they matter. I highlight the big ideas behind complex theories, helping students see the patterns and logic that connect different concepts.
I’ve worked with liberal arts students, humanities scholars, and anyone looking to overcome past math anxiety. Together, we transform uncertainty into curiosity and build a strong foundation of understanding. I create a supportive environment where questions are encouraged, and exploration is part of the learning process.
