About Lea
A student and violinist currently studying music at university. But also happens to have a passion for languages!
My family come from a Chinese speaking background. From young I have been exposed to the Chinese language and culture constantly as a child. As I grew older, I understood the importance of learning one's own roots and language, which must be maintained and passed on.
However, being a second language speaker, I can understand how frustrating it is at times, especially when there are millions of characters to learn. I want to support you along this path and give you the help you need to continue your interest in learning Chinese!

Are you interested in learning Traditional Mandarin? If you are, then I can certainly help you in this aspect!
My lessons take a mixed approach: apart from textbooks and grammar books, we will be using games and conversation to strengthen familiarity, relevancy and memorability and interlinking it with Chinese culture/daily life.
Lesson length: 1 hour
Qualifications:
National 5 Mandarin (Traditional) : A (2018)
Advanced Higher Mandarin (Simplified): A (2019)
