About Héloïse
I’m a undergraduate theology student at the University of Manchester. I have worked with special needs children before but never in a teaching role. I’ve always loved reading and did the new gcse and a level so feel confident in preparing children for that. I am dyslexic so would feel more confident in teaching children who can already read. I also have a background in French, Latin and New Testament Greek so am more well used to dealing with unusual and complex grammatical concepts

I have and A* in A level English so do feel comfortable in teaching up to at least GCSE. I would first explain the learning objectives and then do a few examples before giving the student a chance to have a go. I would then use an. Interpretation of the “my turn, your turn” system before moving on to a new topic
