About Richlove
I have been teaching at the Lancaster University since January of this year. Aside that, I serve as a volunteer for the ORinSchools, whose aim is to get more young people and students interested in pursuing STEM subjects. I have also worked as an Exams Invigilator in the university.
During my postgraduate degree, I served as a student ambassador for the Management School and had the opportunity of engaging with prospective students. I love to mentor and encourage young students in pursuing their academic interests.

My name is Richlove. I come from Ghana and have an undergrad degree in Electrical Engineering and a masters degree in Operational Research and Management Science from Lancaster University. I am currently working on a research project with the university. I also work as a Graduate Teaching Assistant with the Management School and a tutor at the Maths and Statistics Help Centre on campus.
My lessons are geared towards all kinds of students, especially those struggling to understand the basic concepts of Maths and Stats. I prefer to sit down with the students and come up with a plan (with regards to the order with which topics must be addressed and the timelines to do so). I tend to teach the underlying concepts of the topic being discussed, alongside different types of examples to ensure students have clearly understood what is being taught.
