About Saalihah
During the past summer, I worked in an estate agency for six weeks. I was given responsibilities to organise files and make Excel spreadsheets for certain aspects of financing and accounting. I enjoy participating in extra-curricular activities that involve mathematics or sports. In Year 8 I entered the UK Maths challenge and achieved a silver certificate – a mere 5 points away from a gold. I have participated in badminton tournaments against other schools and attended after school basketball and badminton clubs. I also take part in sports out of school; having attended boxing and badminton. Other sports I enjoy are basketball and cycling, which I try to do in my free time.

Currently I have been working at a tuition centre on the weekends, teaching young children (Years 1-4) and helping them improve their literacy and numeracy. I have been working there for a few months and I especially enjoy working with the children and helping them achieve the best that they can. I see what you need to improve on and help you to work on areas and I make students practise each topic until they understand it the best they can.

Perfect! Saalihah's is tutoring Maths GCSE. She's excellent at teaching (not everyone can), she is constantly asking questions to check understanding, she's happy to repeat as many times as needed, she'll break down methods to bite size, that are not only easy to understand but remember too, she encourages extra work outside of tution and will help find resources or even write you a test! She's reliable, professional and friendly. My daughter is a visual learner and Saalihah has adapted to her style of teaching to get 100% productivity from the lesson. My daughter is now actually enjoying Maths! Well Done!
