About Namita
With over 18 years of experience tutoring math, I provide highly specialized, results-driven support for students ranging from 2nd grade through AP Precalculus. My work includes advanced test preparation for Credit by Exam (middle school through high school), SAT Math, ACT Math, and college placement exams such as ALEKS. I bring a deep understanding of both content and strategy, allowing students to approach even the most challenging material with clarity and confidence.
I have extensive experience working with students with ADHD, dyslexia, and dysgraphia, and I tailor each session to align with how the student learns best—balancing structure, flexibility, and thoughtful pacing. My approach is both rigorous and supportive: I hold students to high standards while creating an environment where they feel understood, capable, and motivated.
I work closely with both students and families to set clear goals and expectations, and I provide guidance, structure, and accountability within each session. Lasting results come from a collaborative effort, and I equip students with the skills, strategies, and habits they need to follow through between sessions and perform independently.
