About Emily
I’m a Nottingham Trent University graduate with a BSc Sport and Exercise Science and an MSc Sport Psychology. Throughout my studies I have developed a strong understanding of movement and human performance as well as the importance of psychological influence.
I want to teach because I enjoy helping others develop their understanding and confidence. I believe every student learns differently, and I aim to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and expressing their concerns.
I understand the stress of not feeling ready for exams and needing that extra help to get you where you need to be and that is what I aim to help with.
In my spare time I love to play netball, watch ice hockey and read. I’m also a huge animal lover!

My lessons will be student-led, personalised and focused on building confidence and understanding. I aim to listen to each student’s concerns, identify areas for improvement and tailor lessons to their individual needs. Alongside this, I will provide clear direction and guidance, ensuring students understand the syllabus requirements, what they need to know and how to prepare effectively for assessments and exams.
