About Dhatri
Dhatri Rao is a certified E- RYT 500 Hr Yoga Instructor who takes yoga classes of various styles such as Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin yoga, Yoga Nidra, Pranayama and Meditation helping students of all age groups, increase strength & flexibility, increase breath awareness, reduce stress and improve sleep quality.
Being a self-motivated movement practitioner, she is committed to inspire, empower, and make a difference in people’s life through the practice of yoga.

There are group classes running for beginners, and intermediate levels that covers hatha/ vinyasa yoga flow, yin yoga, pranayama and meditation.
Group class timings -
beginners batch - Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday ( 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM )
Intermediate batch - Monday, Wednesday, Friday ( 7 PM to 8 PM )
For specific requirements, there are one on one classes available as well.
