My goal is to help young adults and adults achieve their language objectives while offering flexibility in scheduling to accommodate their needs. Each session, students can always count on a respectful and secure environment where meaningful connections can be made.
I strive to create a supportive and imaginative learning environment in our sessions. My teaching philosophy centers on fostering a respectful and relaxed atmosphere where students' strengths are recognized and used as a foundation for new learning. I advocate for a gradual and systematic introduction of new concepts, with a very strong emphasis on practical oral communication skills.
To enhance the learning experience, I incorporate a variety of resources, including songs, movies, online activities, and videos. Each lesson is tailored to the individual, using a range of materials such as interactive textbooks, independent study activities, listening exercises, literature, and more.

Good afternoon! I have known Cecilia for at least 20 years, we used to work together at the same school. What I always admired in Cecilia is her enthusiasm, creativity and organization. Every class has a well defined objective which is adapted to the needs of each student. She is definetely very encouraging, very pleasant and friendly towards students.
