Each month there will be a theme ranging from self and soul development, the journey of becoming, inner child healing, self-expression, vulnerability, romantic /family relationships, relationship with self, self-love, and much more.
- There will be weekly journal prompts to keep you accountable to reflect, create and may also inspire content ideas
- The next step is to share your voice through sharing with other soul creators or social media to practice showing up for yourself and building your personal brand
-The medium can be through writing, video and/or voice notes, audio or other creative tools. The intention is to put yourself out there, and practice by sharing, feedback and iterating to grow and improve.
