About Sahiba
Hi, I’m Sahiba Khan, a dedicated yoga teacher based in Varanasi. I began practicing yoga after experiencing its transformative impact on my mind, body, and spirit, and since then, I've trained in Hatha, Vinyasa, and alignment-focused techniques. I’m passionate about sharing this knowledge because I believe yoga is more than physical exercise—it’s a path to inner balance, mindfulness, and lasting well-being. My classes blend conscious breathwork with thoughtful sequencing to help students feel grounded, empowered, and open—both on the mat and in everyday life. I love teaching beginners and experienced practitioners alike, offering both group sessions and personalized one-on-one support.
