About Joy
Hello! I'm Joy. Nice to meet you. I previously worked as a radio announcer and news reporter for 7 years before deciding to change paths. Excellent communication and language skills have been integral throughout my entire career. I now desire to help create greater impact in the lives of others while still exercising my strong suits, which is why I would like to teach English as a second language.
The idea of helping someone become fluent in English excites me, because I know I'll be able to use my own lived experiences and advanced knowledge of the English language to help them reach their goals. Whether they desire to learn English for work, leisure travel, or pursuits of higher education, I'll be able to help them become a better communicator.
