About Maryam
I am just about to embark on my second year as a PPH student at a prestigious London university and I have a background in a wide range of GCSE and A-level subjects which I completed at outstanding schools also in London.
My GCSEs include English Literature, English Language, Higher Tier Mathematics, Core Science, Additional Science, Religious Studies, Geography, History, Music, French and Arabic. All of which I received A*-B.
My A-levels are in English Literature, Philosophy and Ethics, Psychology, Arabic, Geography.
I can offer tuition in the following subjects:

I strive to keep my lessons very simple and clear. I make sure that the student is in control of the majority lesson structures. Initially, I will speak with the student to know more about the subject, but most importantly, outline the topics they are struggling on. After that, I will base the information I use in lessons on the exam board syllabus' and by what the student requires - even looking at resources the student has been given in class.
I strive to keep my lessons enjoyable and try and form a friendly relationship with the student where I try to create a friendly environment where the students can freely express themselves. An informal environment is what I hope for. I believe that revising with a friend is much better than revising with a teacher where you have to be on your best behaviour!
