About Manasij
If I were to summarise my life in a word it would be 'Change'. What I want to share with you, is how to adapt and overcome these changes. Now, I won't preach asceticism but real-life changes, backed by science- biology and cognitive psychology.

The aim of this course isn't to simply tell a person what they should do, rather instill self-discipline and confidence so that you may adapt and overcome whatever difficulties it is that you are facing.
Each individual is different but most of us do have common issues. This class will attempt to tackle these underlying issues.
Classes on a 1-1 basis will have more of a detailed approach, structuring the sessions around addressing surface issues and reaching down to core behaviors.
1-Many classes are aimed at a more holistic approach wherein we can identify and address common biases via every participant's experience.
The course will consist of a list of book recommendations as per the individual's requirements, along with some developmental exercises.

Have been with Manasij for 4 years of Engineering and must say that the understanding of the concepts he has is tremendous. Also his way of teaching is remarkable and will help the students to sustain the concepts for a long term and understand the applicability of those concepts.
