Throughout my time employed as an English teacher (and the several years before, as a childcare worker), I have grown to understand and appreciate a vast spectrum of learners, and the different ways to best engage and help them progress. My teaching methodology is not to construct a strict framework to apply across the board, but to get to know you as a person, your needs and goals, and how we can move forward together as a team. This will get easier as we meet regularly and get a better sense of which skills need improving and which strategies we can best apply to make the necessary breakthroughs. Hopefully we can also make it as enjoyable a process as possible!
