About Emily
I’m Emily, I’m 14 year of age. I like to teach because I understand when people struggle not understanding certain things and I am willing to help. I’m in year 9. I enjoy high school and it’s great meeting new people. If you are struggling with anything you can ask me and I will try my best to achieve the answer. Our lessons we go through I will try to make them fun to the best of my ability like introducing Kahoot or other games you might recommend me (appropriate).

I get good grades on my report, I would like to think B for majority of my subjects are good. In year 6, I got an award voted by the year 6 students (100+for being the nicest, helpful and able to talk. The way I would start my lesson is by introducing something that the child has interest. My technique is by making tutoring fun and enjoyable while trying to help them succeed and achieve their best. Personally I know sitting at a table for hours is boring especially if your not having fun and can easily get distracted. My lessons will go for how long the parents choose, obviously not to late. The methods I would introduce to my teaching is various games that have to do with the work they are doing. I will also introduce homework for them to practise in their free time. I would also have a folder of their progress to show how far they have become. I will support them through every mile stone. If your child processes information slowly I will be patient and help them to understand.
The levels are between prep to year 6. If you want your child around 5-7 to be able to write and count I will love to help them. If your child in year 6 wantshelp so it’s easier to transition into high school I’m the one. I can range between what ever your child needs are.
