About Brittannie
I am an Honours Bachelor's Degree holder at Brock University in Linguistics and Speech and Language Sciences with a Minor in Hispanic and Latin American Studies. I have worked as a Teaching Assistant for 3 years with Brock. I have also volunteered in many elementary classroom settings for work with language skills and English grammar development in students.

My teaching methods are to provide lessons through the use of stories and examples. I tailor my teaching to the age group and student I am working with by altering the examples to age/audience relevant information. I believe in teaching through the use of various techniques because not everybody learns the same way. I also have experience teaching individuals with learning disorders and am able to work slowly and patiently in order to ensure understanding before moving on.
