I am a licensed acupuncturist (L.Ac) and a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner (CFMP). Everything I teach - I am doing myself in my daily life. This also includes yoga, taichi, qigong. Also may be worth noting that I am always available to answer your questions.

I will teach you a systemic holistic approach to health and well-being. In my opinion, knowing how to stay healthy is more important than, for example, knowing how to swim or drive a car. It makes more sense to stay energetically balanced by acquiring knowledge to make the right everyday choices on nutrition and lifestyle as opposed to keeping making wrong choices based on lack of knowledge and ending up with metabolic dysfunctions and chronic conditions that could've been prevented in the first place. So you may say I will show you how to fish instead of just giving you fish :) These are lectures included in this course: 1. Bioenergetic Functional Medicine Concept (BeFM) 2. Calories, CICO, Adaptive thermogenesis 3. Macronutrients 4. Carbs 5. Fat 6. Proteins 7. Salt and water 8. Nutritional analysis 9. Exercises, stress, sleep 10. Weight management Each topic (hour) will take as long as needed for you to understand. If it takes longer than an hour - it is still counted as one hour.
