About Phoebe
I have experience supporting GCSE students with understanding the basic and expansive concepts within their topics and helping them with essay structure when struggling to put their thoughts on paper. I am very personable, friendly and empathetic and work to understand how others view problems and work from their angle to solve it in a way they would appreciate. I also have patience when working with others to make sure they understand everything thoroughly before moving on; I will also provide constructive feedback to ensure the student feels they are progressing within the tutoring sessions. I am also a very organised person and so every lesson would be planned with the Students interests in mind, focused around not only the areas I believe could be improved but also the areas the student wants to focus on.

I am an A-Level student seeking to teach students from Primary to GCSE level. I have a History GCSE, study History A-Level and plan to study History at University. I am very passionate about History and I believe that every student no matter what level they are working at can succeed their own personal goals and predictions and learn to love History and see the subject in a new light. I focus on consolidation through repetition of basic and more complicated concepts and knowledge within their topics so the student is happy with their understanding, and then apply this to a learned exam structure to help them achieve their goals. I believe history is fun and learning it should be too!
