About Vidhi
I’m an A‑Level student studying Maths, Economics and ICT, and I achieved a Grade 8 in GCSE Maths in 2024. I’ve always enjoyed helping others understand maths, and I started tutoring by supporting friends’ younger siblings who were finding certain topics difficult. That experience showed me how much difference patient, personalised support can make, and it’s why I want to help students who feel unsure or lack confidence in the subject.
I believe that everyone can improve in maths with the right guidance. I use a clear, structured approach and adapt my explanations to each student’s needs, especially those who struggle or feel overwhelmed. My goal is to create a calm, encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and building their understanding step by step.

I teach GCSE Maths through a personalised, structured approach designed to build confidence and long‑term understanding. I use a topic‑tracking spreadsheet to identify exactly what each student needs, ensuring every lesson is tailored to their strengths, weaknesses, and exam goals. My teaching style focuses on breaking down concepts into simple steps, practising exam‑style questions, and helping students understand why methods work, not just how to use them.
Each lesson is one hour long, giving enough time to explain new ideas clearly, practise questions together, and review progress at the end. I also set optional practice tasks for students who want extra support between sessions.
I achieved a Grade 8 in GCSE Maths in 2024, and I’m currently an A‑Level student studying Maths, Economics and ICT. I also have real experience tutoring friends’ younger siblings, which has helped me develop a patient, friendly and supportive teaching style.
My lessons are ideal for any GCSE Maths student, whether they want to improve specific topics, boost exam confidence, or work towards higher grades. I’m happy teaching students of all abilities and adapting the pace to suit their needs.
